Crossville, Cumberland County (WVLT) - The TBI has arrested two people in connection with a murder on New Years Eve of 2000.
Arlene and Jimmy Dean Miller have been charged with First Degree Murder, Felony Murder, and Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder.
Arlene Miller was arrested yesterday in Georgia.

TBI agents say that the Millers killed 53-year-old Linda Guge on December 31st of 2000.
TBI agents began investigating the murder after Guge's body was found by hunters in Eastern Cumberland County.
Their investigation revealed that Guge was dragged several miles before being left to die.
Investigators found her car more than six miles away from her body.
The TBI says that although the Millers have been suspects for quite some time, agents only recently uncovered enough evidence to prosecute.
Guge had been living with the Millers at the time of her death.
Arlene and Jimmy Dean Miller will be held in the Cumberland County jail until their first court appearance, which is scheduled for May 11th.
They do not have a bond.
