Sevierville Police Look for Robbery Suspect

Sevierville, Sevier County (WVLT) - Sevierville Police are asking for your help finding a robbery suspect.

Authorities say about 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, a Hispanic man approached an employee of the Advance Auto Parts store on Winfield Dunn Parkway as he was leaving.

The employee says the man pulled out a gun and demanded to be let inside the store.

Officers say the suspect tied the worker up, and stole money and auto parts.

The store worker was not injured.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man about 6’2”, weighing about 225 pounds with black hair and a mustache.

He was last seen wearing a dark-colored jogging suit and got away in a blue minivan with tinted windows.
