Knoxville (WVLT) - In 2006, authorities across the state responded to fewer crimes overall compared to 2005.
That's according to the Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation's new report.
Officials say murders were down 6% and saw a slight decline in aggravated assaults, car thefts and drug offenses.
