Lenoir City (WVLT) -- Visitors to one Loudon County Park learned today that if the Dock's a Rockin, Don't Bother Knocking.
Lenoir City's annual "Rockin The Docks" packed crowds into the city park and off its shore in the waters of Lake Loudon.
The alcohol free event kicked off at 1 PM and offered festival go'ers great food, carnival rides, and a lot of live music.
In fact bands such as the Mountain Folk Revival and Wild Blue Yonder entertained the crowd from two stages, one in the park and the other floating in lake.
"Rockin the Docks" concluded before 11 PM with a huge fireworks show.
