Couple in Critical Condition After Collision with Train

Morristown, Hamblen County (WVLT) - Two people are in critical condition after their car collided with a train in Hamblen County.

THP tells Volunteer TV a car traveling north on Howell road tried to pull in front of a train while it was moving.

The car's driver and the passenger, who is six to eight months pregnant, were not wearing seat belts and were both ejected from the car.

They were transported by LifeStar to UT Medical Center.

Investigators have been unable to identify the man and woman, describing them Hispanic and in their early to mid 30's.
