Bell County, Kentucky (WVLT) -- Searchers have spent the day combing a mountain in Bell County, Kentucky for a man missing for nearly a month.
Yesterday, they found the car of Travis Wilson on Fonde Mountain, just west of Middlesboro.
Other than that, police say there have been almost no sign of Wilson since he was last seen in his hometown of Middlesboro three weeks ago.
The crews have scaled back for the night, having ruled out much of the area around where the car was found.
Mr. Wilson's family says he needs medicine to treat Schizophrenia.
For now though, everyone is hoping for the best.
"It's a true unknown at this point," said Jerry Rains of the Bell County EMA. "He could've caught a ride with somebody, he's been missing before and come out fine so we've not given up hope yet."
If you have any information about Travis Wilson please contact your local police.
