Knox County Schools delayed Monday; Blount County Schools closed

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- There are still some icy roads, so Knox County Schools will operate on a one-hour delay Monday morning. Buses will also be delayed one hour, but staff must report on time. Blount County Schools have also decided to close Monday.

East Tennessee has had a ten-day cold snap with below-freezing temperatures. Monday is expected to be the first day we'll see temperatures above freezing again.
