Knoxville (WVLT) -- Two people died in separate wrecks in East Tennessee.
The first was reported just after 9:00 am at the intersection of Highway's 58 and 72 in Roane County.
Authorities say that a pick-up truck hauling a trailer collided with a sedan while turning into the parking lot of Riverbend Market.
The sedan driver, 57-year old Edith Hall of Kingston died shortly afterward.
The pickup driver, 50-year old Steven Townsend of Kingston was cited for failure.
Just before noon in Anderson County, 59-year old Susan Coobs of Norris was killed when she ran in front of a tractor trailer near I-75 near the Savage Garden Overpass.
Charges were not filed against the truck driver.
