Authorities Investigate Stabbing and Meth Lab Discovery

Powell, Knox County (WVLT) - Deputies say a stabbing call led them to several meth labs in Knox County and landed on man in jail.

Sunday night, Knox County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a stabbing at Red Hawk Lane and found 29-year-old James Troy Hall with multiple stab wounds.

He was taken to UT Medical Center, his condition is not being released at this time.

The suspect, James Bosheers, was found sleeping in a truck nearby.

Deputies say they found a meth lab in the truck and another one in the woods nearby.

Bosheers was arrested on meth charges, investigators say other charges are pending.
