Man Accused of Killing Brother Appears in Court

Knoxville (WVLT) - A Knoxville man charged with shooting his sleeping brother 10 times is in court Friday.

Thirty-eight-year old James Huddleston is facing first degree murder charges.

Investigators say Huddleston has admitted shooting his brother Lawrence multiple times while he lay in bed with his wife and two year old child back in may.

The victim’s wife pushed Huddleston down a staircase and out the home after the shooting.

No motive has been released.
