Knoxville (WVLT) - A Knoxville teen is now facing first degree murder charges, after authorities say he turned himself in for allegedly stabbing his half brother to death.
Nineteen-year-old Deadrick Garrett appeared before a judge Monday morning.
Investigators say Garrett and 29-year-old Rashad Miller were involved in a fight before the deadly stabbing.
Miller was found in a bedroom in an apartment at the Windrush complex on Morrell Road Sunday morning with multiple stab wounds.
He was pronounced dead at UT Medical Center.
No motive has been released at this time.
