Charges Dropped in Missing Oak Ridge Girl Case


Charges against Noel Lopez, accused of abducting a 16-year-old Oak Ridge girl have been dropped. According to Oak Ridge Police Chief David Beams, authorities have determined that Yeni Deleon left “of her own accord”. The two were found in San Antonio, Texas, earlier today.

Oak Ridge (WVLT) - The Oak Ridge Police Department says the Endangered Child Alert issued for a 16-year-old Oak Ridge girl is canceled.
Yeni DeLeon went missing Monday afternoon.
According to authorities, DeLeon was located, unharmed in San Antonio, Texas.
Noel Lopez, who is accused of kidnapping DeLeon from the apartment complex where she lives, is in custody in San Antonio.
