TBI says abducted baby recovered, mom still on run

GALLATIN, Tenn. (AP) -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says a 2-month-old boy who was abducted by a man his mom says is his father has been recovered. TBI posted an Amber Alert for Eric Goolsby late Tuesday.

Family members told police Eric Owens and another man came to the home of the baby's grandmother Tuesday night and abducted him. Owens has been charged especially aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference.

Gallatin Police have issued arrest warrants for the baby's mother, 24-year-old Chasity Goolsby, charging her with especially aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference as well.

The grandmother was granted temporary custody of the infant on November 9th.
