Anderson County, Tenn. (WVLT) - A trial date isn't set yet but this case is working it's way through the judicial system. Stenson is accused of suffocating her 18-month old grandchild back in 2011.

A report said the toddler was malnourished and that her body showed signs of sexual abuse. Stenson is being held on a one-million dollar bond and prosecutors say she deserves to die.

Stenson's attorney also told us that her mental health will be evaluated as well. She's expected back in court on February 1, 2013 - talks of setting a trial date will happen then.
