Investigators said that while they were detaining Heater they noticed marijuana and drug paraphernalia in plain sight. They were then able to get a search warrant and, upon returning to Heater's home, they found 70 marijuana plants in the overgrown backyard, according to Guider.

Back inside, officials allegedly discovered equipment for growing marijuana as well as three and a half pounds of pot. The also reportedly found a shotgun.

Heater has been charged with Manufacturing Marijuana, Felony Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana for Resale, Maintaining a Dwelling for Unlawful Activity, and two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. Guider said Heater is being held in the Loudon Co. Jail on $63,000 bond.
