Authorities searching for missing Georgia man

GREENSBORO, Ga.-- Authorities are asking for the public's help to find a missing elderly man.

According to the Greene Co. Sheriff's Office, Charles Lawson walked away from his residence on June 6. He tolld family members he was going home to East Tennessee.

The 76-year-old has onset Alzheimer's and dementia.

He was last seen wearing a red long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black shoes and a black ball cap and a silver wrist watch.
