Billy Kidd collects food for Second Harvest

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Every year, Billy Kidd from 103.5 WIMZ camps out for cans for Second Harvest Food Bank. And he doesn't leave until a tractor trailer is full of canned food.

This year, he's at it again. Billy will head up Friday, gathering food to feed thousands of hungry people throughout Tennessee. The semi will be parked at the Knoxville Wholesale Furniture Clearance Center at its location next to West Town Mall. People can bring non-perishable items or donate $20, which will get them a free t-shirt and feed a family of four for a week.
