SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Home Health organization in Sevierville is reminding patients that many services can be done at home, not just in the hospital.
The UT Medical Center Home Health Services in Sevierville is running a week long blitz to help patients stay home. The group says patients in and out of the hospital are prone to infection, and staying come can be more comfortable.
"Trying to keep the patients at home and from having to go back to the hospitals," said Amand Hayes. "If you can just keep them at home they're just more comfortable and just about anything that you can do in a hospital you can do at home now."
