LENOIR CITY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A brother and sister from Lenoir City have been arrested for making meth after authorities reportedly found over a dozen one-pot labs in their home on Abbott Road over the weekend, according to the Loudon Co. Sheriff's Office.
Steven James Bowers and Monica Renee McCulloch were charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Maintaining a Dwelling for Drug Use, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Elder Abuse. The final charge stems from the fact McCulloch and Bowers' disabled mother lived in the home with them.
McCulloch also is expected to be charged with Violating Probation. Officers were in fact serving that warrant when they found the first of 13 total labs in the home.
They both are being held on $30,000 bond.
The Tennessee Meth Task Force was called in to help with the clean up.
