Burglary suspects arrested in Sevier County

Sevier County deputies have arrested a man for burglarizing six homes in the Boyds Creek Community.

SEVIER COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Sevier County deputies have arrested a man for burglarizing six homes in the Boyds Creek Community.

Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals states that Craig Stevenson, 21, was arrested after an investigation was conducted into the recent burglaries of homes in the Stables Subdivision. Stevenson also lives in the same area. Stevenson has been charged with 6 counts of Aggravated Burglary.

Daniel Gonzales, 52, was also arrested and charged with aggravated burglary because detectives say he was an accomplice to Stevenson in one of the burglaries.

Both are being held at the Sevier County Jail waiting to see a judge.
