LAFOLLETTE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Kenneth Bartley, the man found guilty of reckless homicide in a shooting at Campbell County High School, is back behind bars after being arrested Saturday night on a number of charges.

Officials say officers responded to a disturbance call at the home of Bartley's father around 10:00 p.m.

Officers say the 22-year-old had been making threatening statements toward his father over a set of car keys. After an investigation, officers tried to arrest Bartley, but they say he was hesitant to cooperate and made an attempt to run off; reports show he even tried to headbutt an officer.

Bartley had to be stunned with a Taser to get him to comply. He was taken to the Campbell County Jail and booked on charges of domestic assault, resisting arrest, and escape.

His bond will be set Monday morning.

Bartley was 14 when police say he shot and killed Assistant Principal Ken Bruce in 2005 and wounded two other administrators. He was found guilty in February 2014 of reckless homicide for shooting Bruce, while he was found not guilty of attempted first degree murder.

He was sentenced in April 2014 to three years for reckless homicide, three years for having a gun on school property, and two years for having drugs with the intent to deliver -- all to be served at the same time for a total of three years behind bars. Since Bartley had already served eight years, he walked out a free man.

Bartley had pleaded guilty in 2007 in exchange for a 45-year-sentence, but the plea bargain was thrown out because the defendant made the deal without consent from his parents.
