Community remembers Kentucky firefighter

MCCREARY COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT/WVLT) -- Whitley city firefighter, Lt. Arlie "Pooh" Hill, was laid to rest Saturday.

He was in the hospital since late August after being severely burned in a house fire. He died last Sunday.

Chief Tony Miller said the funeral was tough on Hill's family and the community he served.

Those who knew Hill said he was always making everyone around him smile.

Hill had been a firefighter since 1999.
