SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Emergency managers in Sevier County say they are watching the possible winter storm Thursday night closely.
According to Sevier County Emergency Management Director, John Matthews, TDOT crews started Thursday afternoon treating roads across the county. Matthews says he expects the Gatlinburg and Pittman Center areas to be the hardest hit and 3-4 inches possible in the highest elevations.
Matthews say crews will be watching the situation overnight and make adjustments as needed.
