Crimetracker: Arson arrest after fires at Knoxville apartment

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A man is accused of setting two fires at a Knoxville apartment complex.

The Knoxville Fire Department's Fire Explosive Investigation Unit charged Steven Gifford, 38, with Aggravated Arson.

Two separate fires were discovered at Minvilla Manor of 447 North Broadway at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday.

They were both put out with a fire extinguisher. No one was hurt.
