Crimetracker: Claiborne County duo arrested on drug-related charges

BELL COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT/WVLT) -- The Bell County Sheriff's Department arrested several people on drug charges in the Blackmont community.

Deputies say they searched a camper trailer on Highway 119 following several complaints of drug activity.

They arrested 33-year-old Michael Reynolds of Hulen and charged him with drug trafficking, drug possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

They also arrested Sylvia Hancock on a bench warrant from Harlan County; 23-year-old Patrick Phipps of Harrogate, Tenn. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence; and 52-year-old Mark Anthony Boggs of Tazewell, Tenn. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
