BULLS GAP, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Bulls Gap. claims he caught his girlfriend stealing thousands of dollars as well as some medication after he set a trap for her.
Bobby Gulley reportedly told Hawkins Co. Sheriff's deputies he suspected his girlfriend, Christie Black, was stealing from him. So, he put two envelopes and some medication in an old medicine bag, which he put on a foosball table for the night.
Gulleys told authorities when he got up the bag was empty. When he went to confront Black, she got sick and threw up a saran wrapped baggie of partially dissolved pills. She then told him she had wrapped up the money and stuck it up her rectum.
Black said she had taken the pills and money because she feared Gulley was about to kick her out and she needed money to find a place to live.
Police say she tried to remove the money herself and was severely injured. She was taken to the Hawkins Co. Emergency Room.
