ELK VALLEY, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Campbell County man is dead after deputies say he was shot.
It happened early Sunday morning around 5:00.
Campbell County Sheriff Robbie Goins says that an alcohol related domestic disturbance led to the shooting that killed Larry D. Champlin, 53.
Champlin's girlfriend, Lisa Estelle Elliott, 47, has been charged with Criminal Homicide.
A judge arraigned Elliott on Monday and set her bond at $150,000.
She's due to appear in court for her preliminary hearing on February 11 at 1 p.m.
Deputies say they responded to 296 King David Lane in Elk Valley to find Champlin shot in the upper body.
Both Champlin and Elliott lived at that address.
