KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Knoxville Police Department cited nine men on Wednesday during an undercover operation at Tyson Park.
Officers say the men exposed themselves to uncover officers in the park's restroom.
A police spokesperson told Local 8 News the men are 20 to 60 years old, but do not know each other.
He also told wanted to make it clear that no children were targeted and that officers do not believe the men planned on performing any sex acts in the bathroom. They only wanted to meet there for dates.
