KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A late-night shooting sends one man to the hospital after he shot twice at a home on Fairmont Blvd. The victim, Kaesan Delvin, told police the suspect knocked on his door around 11:00 p.m. and then forced his way inside.
Delvin said the suspect tried stealing his marijuana and when Delvin resisted the suspect shot him twice. He was been taken to UT Hospital, where his condition is unknown.
Delvin said he didn't recognize the suspect, who he said was wearing a red t-shirt over his face. Police did not give any other suspect information and said their investigation is still ongoing.
