KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Knox County man accused of shooting a motorcyclist in the back during a bout of road rage Monday is out of jail after posting bond.
Rodney Scott faces attempted murder and assault charges. Officers say Scott cut off the two motorcylists on the interstate.
They then followed him home and that's when officers say scott opened fire, hitting one man several times.
That man, J.R. Tinsler, has since been released from the hospital.
