Crimetracker: Police identify naked man

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Knoxville Police say they have identified a man they found sitting on the side of the street wearing only a jacket.

Around 6:00 AM on Tuesday, officers responded to McTeer at Belmont on an indecent exposure call. Officers say they found a 30-40 year old man only wearing an orange and white UT jacket. Police say the man could not speak and he was taken to the hospital.

Police say as of Tuesday afternoon the man was still unable or willing to talk to investigators. However, after media reports a family member and others called to identify him.
