Current and former employees suing UT Athletic Department

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - More worries for the University of Tennessee Athletics Department in the form of lawsuits.

Our media partners at GoVolsXtra.com tell us two current and one former employee of the Women's Athletic Department filed suit against the university in US District Court.

Trainer Jenny Moshak, Associate Strength Coach Heather Mason, and former Associate Director for Strength and Conditioning Collin Schlosser are claiming discrimination.

The two women claim they received less pay then their male counterparts at UT.

The suit also claims the school unfairly demoted Moshak and Mason, and fired Schlosser after they complained about the situation.

These suits come on the heels of another, filed by Debby Jennings alleging unlawful discrimination.
