Mostly to partly cloudy this morning, with a light breeze that can make it feel cooler at times. We have some spotty showers in the Smokies and closer to the Tri-Cities this morning, as the clouds leave. Lows are in the upper 40s, so a seasonable morning.
Mostly sunny today, with a shift in breeze. The cool, Northwesterly wind can make it feel colder at times. The Smokies will feel gusts up to 30 miles per hour.
