Daughter of homicide victim arrested for disorderly conduct

UNION COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - Another twist in a neighbor dispute that left one man dead.

The daughter of the man killed is now facing charges in an unrelated crime.

Union County officers arrested Sarah Eichner for disorderly conduct.

She is the daughter of Michael Woodby.

Police say he was gunned down by Knox County School security officer Kevin Waggoner in September.

On sunday, officers were called out because some previous renters were removing some personal property.

Officers say Eichner became combative and that's when she was arrested.

She's expected in court on Friday.
