Delays expected on I-40 in Knoxville

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)-- Drivers could face delays on Interstate 40 Saturday morning.

KUB and local authorities will implement a series of intermittent rolling road blocks between 7:00 and 11:30 a.m. to complete electric system upgrades.

Both the east and westbound lanes between the Papermill Drive exit and the entrance and exit ramps to Alcoa Highway, as well as, the east and westbound lanes on the I-640 flyover ramp will be affected.
