NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- State officials say that dental and cosmetic products manufacturer Team Technologies Inc. is expanding its facility in Morristown, adding 200 jobs in the process.
Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bill Hagerty says the company plans to upgrade its existing Hamblen County facilities, in what amounts to an $11 million investment.
Hagerty, Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam and local officials praised Team Technologies for the decision to upgrade its manufacturing facility. Morristown Mayor Danny Thomas says the company is bringing back jobs that had been moved to China.
Team Technologies is a custom contract manufacturer of dental, medical, cosmetic and industrial products. The corporate headquarters and main production facility is located in Morristown.
