JELLICO, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A Williamsburg, Ky., man was killed after the SUV he was driving slid off of a wet highway and rolled into oncoming lanes Monday evening.
According to THP reports. William Blakley was heading south on I-75 in Campbell Co. when he lost control of his Ford Explorer near Jellico.
The SUV went down the median and flipped over, partially throwing him from the vehicle. The Explorer eventually came to a rest on its passenger side in the northbound lanes.
Troopers say the 27 year-old Blakley wasn't wearing his seat belt, adding that it might have made a difference.
