HAMPSHIRE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Child Alert for a 16 year-old Hampshire girl, reported missing early Tuesday morning. Rachel Brewer is currently takes medication for depression and impulsive behavior.
Brewer was last seen at home on Monday. She reportedly left on foot in an unknown direction.
Brewer is 5'3" tall and weighs about 115 lbs. She may be wearing a white North Face jacket, although authorities have no other clothing description.
