KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- A 218 ton piece of cancer treating equipment will likely slow traffic around Knoxville Thursday and Friday.
The Cyclotron is moving from the Forks of the River Industrial Park in east Knoxville, to Dowell Springs Dr. in west Knoxville. The equipment is moving into a new therapy center for cancer treatment. Workers will move the equipment between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Thursday and Friday, along the following route:
*Hall of Fame Drive
*Dowell Springs Drive
