Group names Farragut second most business friendly city in state

Nashville (WVLT) Business owners may want to consider move to West Knox County.

A Nashville think-tank, The Beacon Center of Tennessee, said Farragut finished as the runner-up in this year's rankings of the best places for business in the state.

The group looked at several criteria, ranging from tax breaks, low tax rates, high quality of education, and strong population growth, just to name a few.

After finishing second the last two years, Brentwood out of Middle Tennessee took the top spot.
