KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Funeral and visitation arrangements have been released for former Blount County Rescue Squad Assistant Chief John Yu.
Yu, who joined the Blount County Rescue Squad in 2006 and was a member of the Knoxville Volunteer Emergency Rescue Squad for 29 years, was found dead in his home Saturday night.
Yu's family will receive friends from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. for visitation at Rose Mortuary on Kingston Pike.
The funeral is scheduled for Friday at 10:30 a.m. at All Saints Catholic Church on Cedar Bluff Rd.
