ATLANTA, Tenn. (AP/WVLT) - Police have released more information about the UT fan from Lenoir City who fell to his death last month in the Georgia Dome.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner says that 20 year-old Isaac Grubb had a blood alcohol level of .169, which is twice the legal limit.
Officials say Grubb was cheering Tennessee's second touchdown against North Carolina State, when he fell over a 33-inch railing. He struck another man, who was injured.
Local 8 News spoke to Mary Grubb, his grandmother, one day after the accident.
She told us that Isaac had just graduated from Pellissippi State, and was an aspiring medical student.
"He was very kind, he was very generous, he was very thoughtful. And very loving for a grown man. He would still come give you that big bear hug," said Mary Grubb.
