KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - In less than a week's time, seven families will have their dreams come true. They'll be moving into beautiful new homes. The blitz build will start Saturday .

Habitat for Humanity helps give deserving families a roof over their head and a safe place to live.

"Every homeowner is paying mortgage their sweat equity is their down payment," said Habitat for Humanity President, Kelle Shultz.

"It's our own house this time and we have a lot more room so we have more backyard area," said 9-year-old Rondhea Martin.

More than 700 folks will volunteer their services throughout the week.
