ROGERSVILLE (WVLT) -- Hawkins County deputies have returned a murder suspect to Tennessee. The man fled to Florida after the alleged crime.
43-year-old Randy E. Harr was officially charged with first degree murder.
The Hawkins County Sheriff's Office named Harr as one of three suspects in the murder of a Surgoinsville man who was found in his burning mobile home shot to death in March.
Harr is being held without bond.
No court date has been set.
