Head-on collision leaves one man dead

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT)-- A head-on collision in North Knox County left one man dead Saturday morning.

According to the Knox County Sheriff's Office, Wayne Frazier, 66, of Knoxville was driving southbound on Tazwell Pike when he went over the center line and crashed into another car.

Frazier died in the crash. The other driver was not injured.

The investigation is ongoing.
