KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- It only takes a split second to make a life changing decision - whether that's texting while driving or underage drinking.
The Knox County Health Department taught teens to think through every choice.
The 5th annual TENNderCARE event was held Saturday at Bearden High School.
The conference taught middle and high school students how to achieve greatness through an interactive life maze.
"We work with teens, to let them know the importance of making wise decision. We realize the decisions that they make, even with their health, can have a lasting outcome," said Charlayne Frazier.
The maze determined different outcomes, based on the decisions the teens chose, all to teach life lessons.
