KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT)-- Officers who responded to a hit and run Sunday got much more than expected when the suspect returned to the crash sight.
Police say when they caught up David Whitehead he smelled of alcohol. They arrested him but it doesn't end there. They say Whitehead was complaining about his handcuffs being too tight and when an officer checked them he began ripping off the women's lingerie and pantyhose he was wearing and exposed himself to cars passing by.
He fought and officers were forced to tase him.
