Home at Last: Placed with DCS, 2 kids find their way home

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Each year, thousands of children in East Tennessee are found living in a world of drugs, neglect, and abuse. In Campbell Co. alone, more than 300 kids were taken from their homes.

For many children who go through the DCS process, growing up in a secure family is just a dream, but sometimes even the worst cases can become a success story.
