KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Two brothers who were charged but not convicted of first degree murder of a Roane County deputy and his friend were arrested again Friday night.
Leon and Rocky Houston are both in the Knox County Jail and await pick up from U.S. Marshals.
Charges will not be released until the brothers are in court.
Last August, the brothers put up a yard display of crime scene pictures Deputy Bill Jones and Mike Brown, who was a friend of Jones.
Jones and Brown were killed in a shootout after trying to serve a warrant to Rocky Houston in May of 2006.
