Some House of Representatives stand to knock out the Affordable Health Care Act.
Governor Bill Haslam addressed what Tennessee will do.
It's set to start on the first of October 1st. After a majority vote against it GOP leaders are hoping to strip the healthcare provision from the bill next week.
As for Tennessee's stance, Governor Haslam decided to opt out. He says he'll announce a plan, soon.
"My goal is to see if I can find something general assembly would approve," said Governor Haslam.
Haslam says as soon as a plan is in place, he'll make an announcement.
